چکیده
Cell autophagy and apoptosis processes are of interest in drug development contribute to the chemotherapy outcomes patients receiving cancer treatment. The functional roles cyclic nucleotides cells include maintenance metabolic homeostasis. cGMP steroid compounds participate apoptotic autophagic events, modulate function multi-drug resistance proteins. Endogenous nucleotide ratios change with ageing this may initiate detrimental changes cell function. This study uses a computational chemistry approach investigate molecular similarity within chemotherapeutic compound structures. Modulators autophagy/apoptosis endogenous structures all demonstrate structure cGMP. Relative these facilitates additive synergistic treatment effects. steroids natural modulators apoptosis; concentration consequently have potential impact risks.

Spermatogenesis is a highly complicated process in which functional spermatozoa (haploid, 1n) are generated from primitive mitotic spermatogonia (diploid, 2n). This process involves the differentiation and transformation of several types of germ cells as spermatocytes and spermatids undergo meiosis and differentiation. Due to its sophistication and complexity, testis possesses intrinsic mechani...
متن کاملTargeting the Autophagy Process in Breast Cancer Development and Treatment
Autophagy is a homeostatic process that degrades long-lived or damaged proteins and organelles. By recycling intracellular constituents, it is buffering metabolic stress under starvation conditions. The autophagy role in cancer remains unclear and complicated as it appears to be involved in tumorigenesis, cancer development and treatment outcome in different ways. Autophagy can act as both tumo...
